Private media and retention
Photos and videos are stored in private storage and can be accessed only through an authenticated account. Completed videos are available for 7 days. Photos used by active tasks may be kept until those tasks are resolved. Download your results before expiry.
Service providers
We send the selected photos to KIE to process your requested video. Stripe processes payments, Google provides optional sign-in, and Resend sends account and service emails. These providers process data under their own policies. We do not publish your photos or videos to a public gallery.
Account data and requests
Account details, orders and credit records are retained to operate the service and resolve payment or support issues. Contact support@aizombiemaker.com for account or data requests. Media deletion does not erase payment records.
Basic service measurement
We record counts of page visits, example views, photo selections and downloads to understand how the service is used. These records do not include your photos, passwords or card details. The browser deduplicates events for a page during the same session. Browser Do Not Track preferences are respected.
