Eligibility and photo permission
You must be at least 18 and have permission to use the submitted photos. People shown in portrait photos must be adults. Do not submit unlawful, abusive or unauthorized impersonation content.
Credits and failed tasks
Confirmed failed tasks return the deducted credit automatically. Uncertain submissions are checked before any refund or retry. The monthly pass renews automatically at $14.99 per billing month and grants 3 credits after a confirmed paid invoice. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. You may cancel renewal in the billing center; already issued credits remain usable until the end of their billing period. One-time pack credits do not expire. A credit returned after generation failure is not a refund to your payment card.
